Regarding the start date for winter reservations

We will begin accepting reservations for the winter season from the dates listed below.

Priority reservations for members will only be accepted via our website.

Due to high traffic immediately after reservations open, page loading and processing may take some time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we would appreciate it if you could try again after a short while. We look forward to receiving your reservations.

* Priority reservations for members: Scheduled for around 9:00 AM on September 15th (Official website only)

* General reservations begin: Scheduled for early October (Official website and various reservation sites)

■ Regarding event dates at Naeba Prince Hotel

For accommodations coinciding with concerts and events held at Naeba Prince Hotel, reservations will begin sequentially and gradually on a date-by-date basis to prevent provisional reservations by those who have not yet won tickets. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
