We offer a variety of rental services, mainly for ski and snowboard equipment, to help you enjoy your stay in the Naeba area comfortably.
We offer careful maintenance and a wide range of sizes so that everyone from beginners to advanced skiers can use the facility with peace of mind. You can get all the necessary items, such as boots, clothing, and helmets, all in one place. Conveniently located just a one-minute walk from the slopes, rentals can be made smoothly before and after check-in. We will support you in having a comfortable snow life from the beginning to the end of your trip.
Important notes regarding rental services
• Rental skis and snowboards are subject to availability.
Please note that we may not be able to provide the size or contents you request.
Regarding advance reservations: Advance reservations are only accepted from guests staying at our hotel.
・Customers who are not staying at the hotel should apply at the store on the day of their visit. Please note that rentals may not be available depending on stock availability.
Regarding your rental dates: If you are booking rentals along with your accommodation reservation, you can book for multiple days at once.
- If you are booking a rental only, it will be a one-day booking.
About rental items
Please note that we do not rent out items that come into direct contact with the skin, such as gloves, goggles, or hats.
• Helmets are limited in number and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event. Rentals will close once all helmets are gone.
About payment
All prices include tax.
We accept credit cards, cash, and PayPay for payment.
Damage or Loss: If you damage or lose any rental items, you will be responsible for the actual costs incurred, such as repair fees or the price of the item.
